PURCHASE
- Most current 2 yrs of W2s
- One month Paycheck Stubs
- Two months of Bank Statements
- Copy of current Driver License or State ID
- Copy of Earnest Money Contract
REFINANCE
- Most current 2 yrs of W2s
- One month Paycheck Stubs
- Two months of Bank Statements
- Copy of current Driver License or State ID
- Copy of current Home Insurance Dec Page
- Copy of Survey (only if property is in Texas)
